What We Do

Aon partners with select colleges and universities across the United States to find diverse early career talent for Aon’s global career opportunities. Partnership universities were selected based upon multiple factors including: diversity metrics, geographic proximity to Aon’s large office locations, alignment of major areas of study with Aon’s business lines and ability to remain competitive on campus. Although we recruit from specific schools, we encourage applicants from any four year college or university to apply.

What We Look For

  • A graduation date between December 2011 through June 2012
  • Relevant work/internship experience

  • A minimum overall GPA of 3.0 strongly preferred
