Aon’s Early Career Development Program opportunities are posted on our careers website. You can search for available positions within the Program and apply online by selecting the Program, Location, Business tracks for which you are most interested. Please apply only for the positions and locations that you are interested in, as you may not have an opportunity to alter your preferences once you enter the interview process. Please note that our campus recruiting cycle is seasonal, and not all programs are available year-round.

Does Aon have internship opportunities?
Yes, Aon has two internship programs. Our Business Internship Program offers rising seniors the opportunity to gain first–hand job experience within an Aon business track and additional development through the completion of a formal training plan. Aon also offers internships through Aon Hewitt. Both Programs provide Aon the opportunity to develop relationships with potential future employees who, upon successful completion of the internship, are considered for full–time placement within one of Aon’s Early Career Development Programs. We recruit for the summer Business Internship Program and Aon Hewitt Internship Program starting in January of each year and ending in May.
Are the internships offered through Aon’s Programs paid internships?
Yes, hourly wage will be communicated at the time of offer. Aon’s Corporate Compensation Department has ensured that all offers are competitive.
Will Aon provide summer housing for Business Internship Program interns?
A summer stipend may be provided for the summer Business Internship Program if the candidate’s permanent home address is outside of a designated distance from the office location of the internship opportunity. Most internship candidates will be considered for opportunities in the office location closest to their permanent address.
What is the interview process for the Early Career Development Programs?
Aon has formalized the Campus Recruiting interview process to ensure nationwide consistency, competitiveness and ability to secure top campus talent nationwide. Aon’s campus recruitment teams facilitate on–campus first round interviews at Aon’s select partnership schools during the Fall semester for the Rotational & Direct Programs and during the Spring for the Business Internship Program respectively. Selected candidates from first round on–campus interviews will be invited in for on–site final round interviews based on available positions and hiring manager interest.
What kinds of benefits does Aon offer?
Aon offers subsidized medical and dental coverage for employees, their spouses, and their children. If the employee elects medical coverage, the employee and dependents are automatically enrolled in a vision plan. At no cost to the employee, Aon provides group term life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment coverages, and short–term disability. What is Aon’s dress code?
Each business unit determines dress codes for its employees, depending on client and customer requirements. Many offices have adopted a business casual dress policy.
Does Aon provide any scholarships for employees and their children?
Aon awards eight National Merit Scholarships to children of employees each year. The scholarships range from $500 to $3,000 per year for four years of college. Loans can also be secured for purchase of a computer. Aon has a tuition reimbursement program for employees for job–related courses and degree programs.
