Opportunities with the Early Career Development Programs may be available within the following tracks:

Aon Consulting Track: Associates in the Aon Consulting track have the opportunity to be involved in developing marketing strategies, attending client meetings and researching industry markets within the Health & Benefits, Strategic Rewards, and Communications consulting areas.

Aon Actuarial Track: Associates within the Actuarial track will have the opportunity to continue actuarial exam preparation while gaining valuable actuarial experience in property and casualty, health and benefits and retirement areas.

Aon Risk Services Track: The ARS track allows associates to become involved in many key areas within Aon’s insurance brokerage unit, including relationship management, brokerage, sales, and specialty functions, providing invaluable experience in the management of risk for corporate clients.

Aon Benfield Track: As part of the Aon Benfield track, associates will have the opportunity to work with broking teams to ensure client reinsurance needs are met.

Aon Accounting Track: As part of the corporate Accounting track, there are many opportunities to gain experience in the areas of income statement and balance sheet analysis, cash flow analysis, budgeting, forecasting and more.

Aon Human Resources Track: Associates in the HR track will have the opportunity to gain exposure and skills in a variety of areas including compensation, business line Human Resources, talent management and recruiting.

Aon Information Technology Track: Associates in the IT rotational program will focus on but is not limited to project management, business analysis, financial analysis, budget planning, management reporting, communication and collaboration. Rotations may include Global Infrastructure, IT Strategy, Aon Consulting IT, Aon Risk Services IT etc.
