Jurisdiction and Governing Law
The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You irrevocably submit (subject to the next paragraph) to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong SAR to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Terms of Use or any relationship established by them.

For its own exclusive benefit, in the event of a dispute Aon shall retain the right to bring suit in the courts of your country of residence or, where these Terms are entered into in the course of your business, the country of your principal place of business.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Where Aon does not exercise any right or remedy under these terms, this does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

The Terms of Use will include all provisions contained in the Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statements, the Copyright and Legal Notices and where otherwise specified on the website.
