Complaint process
Under Order No. 1264 of 8 December 2006, financial firms must designate a complaint officer. At Aon Denmark A / S the Compliance Officer is Pernille Lynge.

If, despite our best intention, you happen to have an unsatisfactory experience with Aon, or Aon otherwise does not meet your expectations, please discuss the issue with the relevant department then contact Pernille_Lynge@aon.dk. This will ensure that Aon will be able to address your concern.
