Together with your organisation, Aon analyses the needs of your members. In a close dialogue with your team, a proposal is developed for an individual insurance solution which provides standard company insurance coverage, but typically also comprises innovative elements to ensure unique coverage options.
Tenders and choice of solution
Aon conducts a call for tenders among interested insurance companies and, based on the feedback received, Aon prepares a comparison report for your organisation. The report contains assessments and recommendations in respect of the potential solutions as well as proposes a schedule.
Implementation and registration
Once the choice of insurance provider has been made, Aon agrees with you on an implementation strategy and on a schedule for the activities which are to support the plan. Aon handles the administration of the contract through its subsidiary Aon Denmark Insurance Services A/S (ADIS), and, in addition to a strong back-office organisation, Aon can deliver and control the sale to the members via direct marketing activities, outbound call centre calls and personal sale via highly professional customer consultants.
