Insurance Administration (ADIS)

Aon Denmark Insurance Services A/S (ADIS) manages insurance policies on behalf of a number of insurance companies and provides customer service to the members and policyholders. ADIS handles policy administration and, for a large number of contracts, also claims administration.

ADIS
Aon Denmark Insurance Services A/S (ADIS) is a fully-owned subsidiary of Aon, which handles Aon's agency contracts with the insurance companies. Via the agency, ADIS has the authority to write insurance in relation to the contracts concluded on Aon's special facilities, and Aon can constantly monitor the market within the various industries and ensure the best possible solution for the client.

Policy administration
ADIS administers policies in respect of all the contracts concluded, i.e. ADIS establishes and issues policies/certificates and handles all premium collection in this context. ADIS carries out adjustments and updates of all client data as well as updates insurance overviews.

Claims administration
Claims administration is carried out in respect of a number of the agreements administered by ADIS, i.e. consulting in connection with claims notification, receipt, screening and processing of claims forms and communication of claims decisions as well as settlement.
