Planning and execution
The implementation plan ensures a clear assignment of responsibilities and coordinates the expectations of the client, Aon Hewitt and the pension provider. Nothing is left to chance, and the plan therefore also comprises all relevant quality requirements and schedules.

Communication
In consultation with the client, we also prepare a communication plan to ensure successful internal marketing of the pension scheme. The plan includes information meetings for the employees, offers for individual advice and an introduction to the web tool Aon@Web. Finally, we put together and introduce your dedicated Aon Hewitt team.
