Aon's individual consulting is adapted to the needs of the individual employee. For a quick Q&A, we offer daily phone consulting. For more detailed issues, we recommend personal consulting. Finally, Aon Hewitt offers web-based consulting so that employees can see changes and proposals in real time on their own computer while talking on the phone with the consultant.
