Aon Hewitt's experience with and insight into the pension market guarantee that the right pension providers are invited to participate in a tender round. The objective of the call for tenders is to ensure the best possible basis for your choice of pension provider.

Contact and negotiation
As your consultant, Aon Hewitt handles all tender documents, the ongoing contact with the pension providers chosen and all negotiations with these providers.

Choice of pension provider
Once all tenders have been received, we prepare a report which provides a detailed comparison of the tenders from the individual pension providers and ranks them according to priority. Based on the report and your own needs and wishes, you will then be able to choose the pension provider or pension providers which are to manage your company pension scheme.
