Introduction to the Program

Our Internship program is designed to give you an insight into our business, an understanding of our culture and an opportunity for you to develop practical skills necessary for future professional success.  During your internship experience with us, you will be contributing to our business and taking on real responsibility. You will be supported by a 'buddy', a mentor and comprehensive learning opportunity to give you the necessary technical knowledge and business skills. As part of Aon’s community engagement, we'll also challenge you to make a difference. You will be involved in real responsibilities which allows you to demonstrate your ability to work with clients, as well as develop team-working and communication skills. You will be fully supported by the people you meet to maximize your exposure to our business and help you to get the most out of your time with us.

Around our businesses, our formal Internship Program is viewed as a high-potential pipeline for our Graduate Program. As a participant you will be considered for a place on our Graduate based on your performance and achievements during your time with us.

Training and Development

During your internship, you will be contributing to our business, taking on real responsibilities and having to manage your work effectively.
