Management Associate Programme

Aon Management Associate Program (MAP) is a 2 to 3 year training program.  It provides you with an opportunity to:

• Gain all-rounded technical knowledge & skills in various areas of the insurance broking business through job placements, advancements and training
• Undergo in-house and external training, job rotation, projects, workshops and seminars, together with the guidance given your mentors and respective business unit heads

You will be exposed to different aspects of the business functions within the organization from operating business units to support functions such as Sales and Business Development and Claims Services. You will be sponsored to acquire professional qualifications like ANZIIF / ACII during the training program.

We are looking for high achieving final year students or recent university graduates who demonstrate the following qualities:

• Good academic track record with GPA over 3.0 or equivalent
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin and other language(s) preferable
• Active participation in extra-curricular activities
• Passion for the industry
• Self-motivated and willing to take up challenges
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Good organizational and analytical skills
