Aon Claims Services has been established to provide a pro-active efficient and professional claims management service for our clients.
We have a responsibility to ensure that Insurers respond promptly to claim notifications from clients and that claims are investigated, managed and settled as quickly as possible on a fair and reasonable basis according to the Policy Terms and Conditions.
We assist clients to compile the relevant documentation to support the claim process and provide technical advice to clients with regard to their claims.
We are the largest insurance broking claims team in Hong Kong and our staff has a broad and extensive experience in claims management. We provide insurance claims advice and assistance to clients on all classes of insurance including Employee’s Compensation, Third Party and product Liability, Property Damage, Business Interruption, Marine Cargo and Transit claims, Motor, Contractors All Risks, Financial Lines, Personal and Household claims.
Our service also includes the provision of claims reports, statistical analysis, provision of on-line claims management systems (e-Claims Service) and provision of training to clients in claims management and reporting procedures.
During the past number of years we have overseen and managed the settlement of some large and complex claims. The complexities have related to interpretation of Policy wordings and insurance cover, issues relating to quantum, and compliance with Policy Terms and Conditions relevant to claims procedures.
