“e-Claims Services” is the Aon Hong Kong fully integrated web-based claims management system. The system can be used in respect of claims for motor vehicle, employee’s compensation, property, liability, marine cargo and also includes a specific e-Form for property and liability claims arising from commercial property management.
The system functionality incorporates claims reporting, processing, document management, data analysis and an open communication platform between the client, Insurer, loss adjuster and Aon.
Clients can benefit by reporting their claims immediately to Aon and the Insurers thereby reducing the possibility of claims being reported late to Insurers.
Clients will have access to their claims data through this system and can conveniently produce, by using various defined data fields, management reports to analyze their claims statistics whenever they wish to do so.
Another benefit is that there is less need for clients to retain hardcopy documents, and attachments such as photos and claim forms, as these can be submitted with the claim notification. The system provides a Document Management System for clients.
The facility has been designed to be user friendly and requires no software installation in a client’s own computer system. Access is obtained by use of a Password, which ensures a secure environment for the submission of new claims and retrieval of claims data.
