Total Rewards

We help our clients reward their talent using an integrated approach to managing total compensation. Our model includes either implementing our proprietary benefits, compensation and payroll technology platforms or supporting existing systems along with the following administrative activities:

  • Benefits: Program delivery and administration; recordkeeping and reconciliation; benefit accounting; invoice review and payment; and supplier sourcing and management for health and welfare, defined contribution and defined benefit programs.
  • Compensation: Administration of salary, bonus and stock options; salary surveys; and total rewards communication.
  • Payroll: Time and attendance, on- and off-cycle pay, garnishments and taxes and accounting.
  • Strategy, Optimization, and Communication: Aon Hewitt’s Total Rewards Solutions range from defining Total Rewards Strategy, optimizing Total Rewards, and educating employees and candidates about the total annual value of the rewards you provide them.

2015 Total Rewards Survey

Aon Hewitt’s Total Rewards Survey gathers insight about the current and future direction of Total Rewards programs and identifies areas that require additional focus. In the past, the Survey results have shown that many business leaders believe that when Total Rewards are properly aligned, designed, and delivered, the impact on individual engagement and organizational performance can be significant.

The Survey's final report presents its findings and recommendations for employers seeking to more fully realize the potential of their Total Rewards programs and provides insight on what companies have tangibly done to drive changes and realize their ROI in Total Rewards.

The 2015 Total Rewards Survey is now open! Participation in the 2015 Survey is simple, and all submissions are completely confidential.

The survey closes on November 20; participants will receive a complimentary copy of the full report.**
