About Our Experts

Craig Bruce

Craig is a senior rewards consultant based in Chicago. Prior to Chicago, Craig managed Hewitt's Latin America Talent and Organization Consulting Line of Business from São Paulo, Mexico City, and Miami. Craig works with organizations to develop the design of total rewards programs linked to their business strategy. His expertise also includes HR and talent strategies involving leadership and high-potential development, as well as engagement. He also has consulted with clients on mergers and acquisitions, including multi-country due diligence, integration, and program development.

Craig received a B.S.B.A. from the University of North Carolina and an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University. Prior to joining Hewitt, Craig was Corporate Manager of Human Resources and Development for a retailer and has 25 years of human resources experience. He is a frequent speaker on HR issues and has presented sessions on "Compensation Issues in Latin America" and "Compensation Outsourcing in Latin America" at WorldatWork conferences. He also has appeared on the Oppenheimer Report (Latin America) and Economia & Negocias (Brazil) discussing the practices of best employers in Latin America. Craig speaks Spanish and Portuguese.

Frank Belmonte

Frank is a principal and senior consultant in Hewitt's Talent and Organization Consulting Practice. He has experience working with organizations globally, and across multiple industries, aligning total reward strategies with business objectives, analyzing total reward issues, and designing total reward delivery systems. Frank has worked with organizations in varying levels of change, including merger, acquisition, start-up, and restructuring phases.

Frank has a broad consulting background specializing in developing solutions to attract, motivate, and retain talent. His particular areas of expertise include creating human resource and total reward strategies, design and implement total reward programs, and other broad human resource systems like performance management, career development, and recruitment strategies. He has been with Hewitt for 25 years.

Frank has a B.S.C. from DePaul University and an M.B.A. from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Frank is the author of "Compensation Strategy and the Organizational Life Cycle," published in HR Horizons. Frank also is a frequent speaker on compensation and other human resources topics.
