TCFL is the longest running, most comprehensive global study of leadership and talent in the market. About TCFL

What Is the TCFL Community?

The TCFL Community is a continuation of Aon’s Top Companies research, identifying the talent practices and processes that build best in class leaders.

What Does Participation Entail?

Each quarter, we will distribute short, targeted pulse surveys designed to capture leadership data on key challenges and strategies leaders and organizations face. Instead of a traditional ranking system, the TCFL Community will highlight advanced organizations, their leaders, and their practices using thought leadership.

What Is the Benefit to You?

TCFL participation grants you access to exclusive thought leadership and a network of peers, SMEs, and industry leaders. We evaluate survey data annualy against best practice standards and financial performance to certify organizations as Top Companies. Cumulative participation is critical to this standard.

An exploration of succession planning practices and how they relate to internal and external risk within an organization.


Team-Based Leadership Development

This topic revolves around upskilling various levels of the organization and enhancing development for leaders as a group, not as individuals.


Multi-Generational Challenges

Broad topic that encompasses developing millennial leaders and transitioning the boomer generation to retirement. Research will also include transitioning to part-time work and integrating with D&I initiatives.
