Aon Hewitt Submits Comments on Value-Based Insurance Design

On February 28, 2011, Aon Hewitt submitted comments to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and the Department of Labor’s (DOL) Employee Benefit Security Administration (EBSA) in response to a request for information on how group health plans and health insurance issuers can employ value-based insurance design (VBID) in the coverage of recommended preventive services. The request for information was published in the Federal Registeron December 28, 2010.
