On March 11, 2011, Aon Hewitt submitted comments to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regarding the Affordable Care Act nondiscrimination provisions applicable to insured group health plans. IRS Notice 2011-1 was released on December 22, 2010. Aon Hewitt's comment letter responds to the thirteen questions posed in the IRS Notice.
