Broker Claims Service
We provide full support to our clients in the event that they find it necessary to make a claim under a policy. We employ highly skilled people who understand the difficulties which a loss creates for the Client. These experienced personnel will assist the Client in reducing the impact of the loss and securing a speedy resolution.
Accident Reporting & Completion of Report Forms
All incidents should be reported immediately to your Aon branch to assist in the expeditious handling of your claim. For your convenience, we have developed a number of Report Forms designed to collect the information necessary to allow for the speedy processing of the claim. These forms are available in PDF format. Having downloaded the form, there are two options available for completion: 1. The form can be completed on screen and then printed or 2. The form can be printed and then completed In either case, once completed the form should be signed and returned to the Aon office that handles your account. Aon Claims Management (ACM)
In addition to the Broker Claims Service outlined above, Aon has a specialist division which clients can retain where they require a more significant claims management service. ACM are a proactive division, handling client's claim management requirements in a changing market. The current market conditions are such that more clients are retaining large deductibles and ACM are ideally positioned to serve their needs.

Risk Management
We work in tandem with the Risk Management division, to deliver a rounded product to the client.Whilst proactive risk management can reduce the losses that will occur, there will still be some losses. Risk Management does not end when a loss has occurred. It is vital that these losses are handled properly, and ACM has extensive experience in this area.
Liability Claims Management
Over the past number of years firms in Ireland have been experiencing increased levels of liability claims, in particular Employers Liability and Public Liability claims. This problem has reached such proportions that the profitability and indeed the very existence of some firms have been threatened. Over this period, a number of our clients have approached us for our help, and we have provided considerable assistance in addressing the problems. Aon has therefore provided liability claims management services to some of the largest companies in the country for many years and formed Aon Claims Management in specific response to our clients' needs. Management of Self-Insured Programmes
ACM work in partnership with the client to develop a programme suited to their individual needs. The skills employed in Liability Claims Management are of significant benefit in the self-insured programmes, with clients having an equally important role to play. Working together these programmes can deliver significant benefits to the client.We know this is so, as we have seen it work for our clients.
Property Claims Management
A major fire or other loss can have very serious implications for business. We in ACM recognise that when such a situation arises the Client needs the help and support of their advisors. We have available a team of highly qualified and experienced staff to assist the Client dealing speedily and effectively with the situation, minimising the disruption and concluding the process to the clients satisfaction.
Loss Recording / Analysis
The collating of information and the provision of detailed risk analysis is an integral part of the comprehensive claims management service provided by ACM. All incidents can be recorded thereby resulting in a wealth of information that is extremely valuable to our clients. Statistics relating to the nature and total number of incidents/claims broken down by location and/or by department within a location are recorded. In addition, litigation statistics, such as the total cost of claims can be analysed under many headings. Armed with the above statistics, our clients are able to identify areas and work processes within their organisation, which are resulting in a higher frequency of claims and/or increased claim costs. This loss recording / analysis of information is of paramount importance in compiling a successful risk management programme. ACM works in partnership with our clients, with a common goal to reduce the number and ultimately the overall cost of their claims.
