Our solution covers three critical components of payroll delivery. Zero to Gross, Gross to Net and Net to Post Net

Zero to Gross

This stage is the most critical and entails capture and transmission of inputs required for payroll processing. Aon Hewitt has developed flexibility to accept inputs in client formats via secure transmission modes. Our proprietary technology tools help us collate and validate input files across countries. A host of Employee Self Service features help in capturing data directly from employees, which subsequently feed into payroll.

Gross to Net

The core of the solution at this stage is data processing and calculations. Aon Hewitt, using proprietary technology, calculates earnings, tax deductions, benefits deductions, net pay and payroll related reimbursements processing. The entire processing is monitored via Aon Hewitt’s quality control framework and audits.

Net to Post Net

Our Post processing services include corporate and country level reporting. Our proprietary technology tools provide a single window view of consolidated reporting across wage and benefits costs along with the flexibility to create customized reports through the drag and drop features for reporting. Aon Hewitt also helps clients with on-ground compliance and salary disbursements for the employee. The Employee and manager self-service suite of options provides a consistent and flawless user experience at a regional level.
