Olivier has 20+ years of experience working with corporations across Western Europe and Asia Pacific & Japan.

In his current role as Director, Solution Consulting across Asia Pacific & Japan at Cornerstone OnDemand he is responsible for making sure that Cornerstone's solutions align with client objectives and deliver significant business value. He also oversees aspects of client experience around their Talent Transformation journey by delivering industry leading Talent Technology solutions as well as satisfaction and retention of our client base.

He started his career with Societe General and worked for over 14 years in Western Europe across variety of leadership positions and the last one being in the Solution Delivery and Customer Success practices at Taleo. He has an experience and extensive knowledge across all aspects of HCM Technology and in particular recruitment, performance management, learning & development and compensation & rewards in a Cloud environment. Olivier Pestel researches and identifies emerging trends in the practice of Human Resources.

Olivier holds a MBA degree from IAE France and Master's Degree from AgroParisTech, Paris.
