Anthony is the Chief Security Officer for Aon. He joined Aon in March 2015 and is a member of the Executive Leadership and Enterprise Risk Leadership Teams at the firm.

In this role, Anthony is responsible globally for Physical Security, Cybersecurity, IT Risk, Fraud, Investigations, and Business Continuity across 120+ countries. His role enhances the firm’s ability to proactively identify, address and more effectively respond to operational and regulatory risks as they arise.

Anthony is a dynamic security and technology business leader with over 18 years of experience. He was previously head of IT infrastructure for First Data Corporation (FDC), the largest payment processor in the world. Prior to FDC, he was the global CISO for JP Morgan Chase and has held various Cybersecurity and Information Risk Management leadership positions with UBS, Ernst & Young, KPMG, and Booz Allen & Hamilton. Additionally, Anthony serves on the Board of Directors for Tanium.

Eric currently serves as the Technology and Communications Industry National Practice Leader. This industry practice serves more than 1,400 clients representing over $1 billion in annual premiums. The ARS U.S. Technology Practice is one of our largest and fastest growing industry groups. In this role, Mr. Boyum leads Aon’s research, strategy and alignment of Aon core competencies in risk, health, talent and retirement to meet the current and future needs of technology companies.

In 2016, he was appointed to Aon’s Enterprise Analytics Network focused on identifying and leveraging emerging technologies that can be used to help Aon and its clients better understand and manage their risks in more effective and efficient ways. As a part of this appointment he represents Aon Risk Solutions U.S. at the Plug and Play start-up ecosystem. Aon is the first insurance brokerage firm in the world to become an anchor partner with Plug and Play.

Over 20+ years with Aon, Eric has amassed considerable experience in executive liability program development and claim resolutions, primarily in the technology and telecommunications, life science, and retail sectors.

Wendy Brenner, Partner, Cooley LLP

Wendy chairs the Employment & Labor practice group and works with technology and life science entities, ranging from startups to public companies, on employment counseling and litigation. Her counseling practice spans human resources issues facing employers, including hiring and recruiting, worker classification, employee separations, personnel policies, executive compensation agreements, wage-and-hour matters and compliance with state and federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission requirements. She regularly conducts, directs and advises on workplace investigations involving whistleblower allegations, discrimination and harassment and also advises employers on employee mobility issues, including trade secret matters and restrictive covenants.

Wendy also routinely represents employers in classification audits before the California Employment Development Department, provides training on managing within the law and discrimination/harassment, and assists with the employment-related aspects of M&A transactions. She also represents employers in litigation matters in federal and state courts on a wide variety of claims, including harassment and discrimination, wrongful termination, trade secret theft and unfair competition.

Jessica Fields is a Senior Vice President and Account Executive in San Francisco. She also serves as the Technology Industry Practice Leader for Aon Risk Solutions in the West Region. Jessica co-leads the NorCal SAR process, is a Mastering Client Interactions (MCI) Faculty member, Women's International Network (WIN) regional leadership team member, and Diversity & Inclusion advocate.

She has over 12 years of industry experience encompassing risk advisory, management, and underwriting. With a consistent focus on the Fortune 1000 space, she has served multinational clients in a variety of industries, including, Chemicals, Consumer Products, Engineering, Hospitality, Retail and Technology.

Jessica began her career with Zurich Insurance, first underwriting public company D&O, then managing and leading the emerging International D&O Practice. She was based in New York, with assignments in Chicago, Los Angeles and Zurich, Switzerland.

To learn operations and financial management, Jessica took the opportunity to join XL Insurance as CEO Support / Chief of Staff on the North America Property & Casualty Leadership Team. Thereafter she relocated to San Francisco with XL to gain regional leadership experience. As Casualty Underwriting Director, Jessica managed foreign casualty for the West Region (Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco), then directed primary casualty for the Northwest Region.

Having recognized her passion for the client advisory side of the business, Jessica made the decision to grow her career with Aon, joining the ARS San Francisco team in January 2015.

Jessica holds a BBA from Susquehanna University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Stefan is a Partner, leading workforce analytics at Aon for Radford. He consults with a variety of organizations on topics related to Workforce Analytics including Pay Equity, Strategic Workforce Planning, Advanced Analytics, and the design of corporate workforce analytics groups.

Stefan is a leading Human Capital Strategy and Business Analytics expert who helped organizations tell their story through hard facts and high end analytics for more than 15 years. He experienced the application of quantitative methods for solving business problems from within the HR function, as a business forecasting lead, as an external consultant and as a scientific researcher.

He has served a broad client base of large and small organizations across industries including Tech, Life Sciences, Finance, Health, Entertainment, Oil & Gas, and Retail.

Stefan holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from Georgia State University and an MBA equivalent degree from the University of Paderborn/Germany. His research was published in several journals/magazines including World at Work, HR Executive, and the Journal of Management.

Chris Gallo is a reinsurance broker with experience in most lines of insurance, including GL/Umbrella/Excess Casualty, Medical Malpractice, Error & Omission, Workers' Compensation, Cyber, Mortgage, Commercial Property, Personal Auto; both E&S and Admitted.

Chris is active in new business production, account servicing and new product innovation. He is primarily responsible for reinsurance structuring, pricing, placement and contract negotiation, special consultative projects, RFP project management and R&D.

Particularly focused on interfacing with technology companies (mature or start-up) to explore and develop opportunities in the insurance industry.

Rocco is an Executive Managing Director serving on the Executive Management team for Stroz Friedberg, an Aon company. In this role, he is responsible for the oversight and supervision of the firm’s global Cyber Resilience business, which includes teams that perform cybersecurity, incident response investigation, red team penetration testing and application security services. He serves as a trusted advisor to clients, including boards and executive management teams, on a broad range of cybersecurity and incident response investigations services across all industries.

Rocco has over 25 years of experience providing organizations with security and risk management services. He is an internationally-recognized expert in the field of information security and incident response investigations and has assisted Fortune 500 corporations, law enforcement agencies, major law firms, industry threat intelligence organizations, as well as industry regulators with all matters involving cybersecurity, incident response and computer forensics.

Rocco holds his Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University, Bronx, NY and holds multiple certifications and memberships, including his Certified Information Security System Information Practitioner, Certification of Risk Management Assurance and PCI-DSS Certified Qulified Security Assessor.

Michael leads the Alternative Risk Solutions Team within ARS U.S. Retail. In this capacity he works with clients to implement alterative risk solutions to emerging client needs. These solutions include multi-year, multi-line (Integrated) risk programs, retrospective and prospective structured solutions, parametric insurance including weather products, and capital market convergence products. Additionally Michael is part of the National Casualty broking practice leadership team, where he focuses on our strategy with Data & Analytics, and helping develop collateral solutions.

Michael joined Aon in 2007 after starting his career on Wall Street where he was an analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Steven Petrevski serves as Senior Vice President - Market Development, Data & Analytics. He is responsible for developing and executing Aon’s strategy to deliver the next generation of Data and Analytics driven value for its clients. He joined Aon in July 2017.

Prior to joining Aon, Steve was the General Manager of Security and Fraud Solutions at First Data. As GM, he was responsible for product development, sales and support for over one thousand financial institutions and one million merchants spanning local businesses to the world’s largest retailers and banks. Before joining First Data, he was with JPMorgan Chase and focused on driving technology strategy and business development across the cyber security, fraud, and analytics sectors by leveraging emerging technology connectivity with Silicon Valley. Previously, Steve worked in multiple roles at UBS including systems development and architecture in the Investment Bank and in the Technology Strategy and Alliance function and as a technology consultant at IBM and BearingPoint.

Steve currently serves on the Board of Advisors of Nanowear, a textile-based nanosensor technology with applications in the cardiac, neurological and diabetic monitoring markets. Additionally, he sits on advisory boards of multiple venture capital firms and supports a number of charities, including The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Brent is a member of Aon’s Professional Risk Solutions team, an innovative team created ten years ago consisting of risk specialists from inside and outside the insurance industry, drawing from technology, law, and consulting. He assists clients across industries - with a focus in the Technology, Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services, and Education Industries. He works with clients in these segments to assess Errors & Omissions, Network Security and Privacy, and Media risks and create optimal risk transfer solutions.

Brent primarily advises Aon’s clients in the Western US, but he, along with several teammates also provide national expertise in Network Security & Privacy and technology risks for Aon’s clients.

Jillian Slyfield serves as Aon’s Resident Sales Director for Northern California as well as the Sharing Economy Practice Leader nationally. She is an Account Executive for large market clients with unique risk management issues and complex associated risks. In this role, Jillian is responsible for coordinating the delivery of Aon resources to her clients, supervising the client team, developing marketplace strategies, and crafting customized solutions to business and insurance risks. San Francisco houses Aon’s Sharing Economy Center of Excellence with a network of dedicated specialists focused on this rapidly evolving industry. Jillian has recently been recognized by Business Insurance as one of their 2017 Women to Watch.
