Our Commitment to Supplier Diversity

Supplier diversity is a critical component of Aon’s overall ESG strategy. Aon is committed to working with small and diverse business that can offer quality, innovative, competitive, and cost-effective products, and services. Our commitment is supported at the highest levels of our organization. Greg Case, Aon’s CEO, signed a “Commitment Statement for Supplier Diversity”, which guides our efforts and each year we establish diverse spend goals and performance is tracked throughout the year. Through our integrated supplier and business diversity efforts, more than 7 percent of our U.S. addressable spend was with diverse suppliers in 2023.

Aon seeks to amplify the positive impact of supplier diversity by asking our suppliers (companies that sell directly to our firm) to also do business with small and diverse-owned businesses. Through Aon’s Tier 2 Program, we enable capacity-building for diverse suppliers, seeding future Tier 1 opportunities. Our firm tracks the dollars our suppliers spend with small and diverse businesses. Our enterprise wide efforts ensure that we are well positioned to engage diverse communities around the world.

Always looking in the marketplace for suppliers:

Aon is always looking to expand partnerships to support our core solutions on a regional, national, and global level.
