Puerto Rico Benefits Outlook is a new survey that, in addition to collecting information regarding the trends in traditional benefits, will help you identify the emerging and multigenerational benefits that appeal to your current talent as well as the new talent that is entering the job market. The survey will also address how companies are implementing the changes allowed by the labor reform (Law 453). Some of the topics we will include are:
If your company has 50 employees or more, it is eligible to participate in Puerto Rico Benefits Outlook. You will receive a report on general market trends free of charge.
In order to enroll your company, you will need to complete the form here. You can register up to five contacts who will have access to complete the survey. You have until April 28, 2017 to enroll your company.
You and any other registered members of your company will receive the log-in details (individual access will be sent to each person separately) during the week of May 15th. The survey will be available for completion from May 22 until August 11, 2017. Once the results are ready, we will contact you to schedule an individual meeting to discuss the report.
