(Mexican based in the US), Chief Executive Officer Chris Baudouin, currently Chief Executive Officer of Aon Risk Solutions’ Global Client Network, has spent over 30 years in the insurance industry with the past 18 years in executive leadership roles. Prior to joining Aon in 1996, he was CEO of Alexander & Alexander Mexico, responsible for all operations in that country. He was named President and CEO of Aon Mexico in 1997 and from 2001 to 2011 was also the Chief Operating Officer for Aon Risk Solutions Latin America. As CEO of the AGCN, Chris will continue to focus on ensuring that Aon delivers superior service, content and capability to multinational clients in every segment around the world.

Sarah’s 20 year insurance career has been in the brokerage and client service of large multinational accounts with Aon and Alexander & Alexander. She has handled large multinational outward business from US coordinating offices, including Boston and New York, and inward local and indigenous business in Eastern Europe in the mid-90s. Sarah has partnered with London reinsurance groups placing complex reinsurance property placements in the London, European and US market and developing captive fronting and cash flow arrangements. For the last few years, Sarah has been dedicated to the AGCN’s knowledge management initiatives, working to support AGCN global teams and new business opportunities in the development of processes and systems to facilitate client and network communications and knowledge management globally.

(English, based in Australia), Regional Director – Pacific/Australasia Gareth has 21 years’ experience on both the insurer and brokerage sides of the industry, more than 16 years of which have been with Aon. He has had leadership roles within AGCN based in Sydney that include AGCN Manager for seven years and National AGCN Manager for Australia, a role he continues to fulfill. His client experience covers a wide variety of industries, such as property owners and managers, consulting engineers and manufacturing companies, both domestic and international. Gareth also has experience in the London and US insurance markets. Gareth has played a key role in supporting and partnering with colleagues around the world, as well as being involved in the winning and retaining many of our largest and most successful clients.

(English, based in England), Regional Director – UK (England, Scotland and Ireland) Richard has 21 years in the insurance industry, 11 of which were in underwriting roles and 10 with global brokers. Richard has been with Aon for the last nine years. During this time he has handled local UK, international and global inwards business within Aon UK's Corporate division. In addition to overall responsibility for AGCN in England, Northern and Southern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, Richard manages all global inwards business into the UK. Richard has wide experience in designing insurance solutions for clients in many different business sectors, including Food and Drink, Retail and Transport Logistics. As the Head of UK, Richard is focused on embedding GCN protocols and best practices within our UK business, ensuring Aon delivers solutions which meet the global client needs.

(Chinese based in Hong Kong), Regional Director - Asia As Regional Managing Director for Aon for 13 countries in Asia, Benjamin Chang is leading the team in driving growth in the Global and Large Corporate Client segment within this Asia region. Prior to this appointment, Benjamin was Regional Director, Global & Risk Managed Accounts, Asia Pacific as well as Executive Director for Aon Hong Kong and China. Benjamin has over 25 years broking experience (20 with Aon) as well as 5 prior years with AIG. Benjamin has held Account Directorship and Strategic Account Management responsibilities for a wide range of clients in a multitude of different industries. Benjamin has led Aon Asia in the development of new product risk management platforms, speaks regularly about the “Risk and Insurance Market in China” on behalf of Aon and has conducted many road shows across the US, Europe and Asia.

(American based in US), Chief Operating Officer Clyde has over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, from both the underwriting and the brokerage side, Clyde has led various GCN regions and offices in the U.S., served as COO and Co-COO of the U.S. GCN, been part of the global Steering Committee, and worked with many ARS Practices and Disciplines on technical and operational matters from his current position in Chicago. In addition to his important continuing risk management counsel and development of innovative solutions for our large multinational clients, Clyde has been diligently working within AGCN and across other practices and disciplines to create the best technical and operational environment and tools for our group going forward. Clyde will continue to be responsible as Global COO for AGCN market interface and partnership as well as operational and financial stability within ARS as we support and refine our global operations.

(Colombian based in US), Regional Director – Latin America/Caribbean After almost 20 years in the insurance business, Alejandro currently leads a team of 200 professionals in the AGCN Latin America/Caribbean region including a regional team located in Miami, FL. He has Lloyds of London experience with Alexander Howden Group in London, running the Global Business Unit (GBU) retail operations in his native Colombia, and handling global multinational accounts for nine years in the New York GBU in various positions including lead responsibilities for servicing Fortune 500 accounts across multiple geographies in the design and implement global insurance programs. In addition to his global account responsibility, Alejandro recently served as Chief Broking Officer for Aon Latin America responsible for the placement of over $3.5 Billion in regional premiums. Alejandro is a frequent speaker, featured in many articles on Supply Risk Management and Latin America Risks.

(American based in US), Managing Director Operations Marian has over 20 years of insurer and broking experience, the majority of which have been with Aon and predecessor companies. While Marian has held various positions within Aon, each role focused on understanding the needs of, and delivering value to, global clients. Marian brings a number of skills within the areas of operations and client service and through her experience in handling both global outgoing and incoming clients, she is well versed in the unique nuances of each. Her knowledge of both global and domestic client issues, compliance matters, coupled with similar knowledge of market conditions and available solutions allow her not only understand client concerns, but articulate their implications and ultimately find the best choice of solutions for our clients. Marian has hosted various internal and client workshops to address and educate on these important subjects.

(Dutch based in Czech Republic). Regional Director - Central/Eastern Europe Peter is Chief Commercial Officer for Aon in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE region) based in Prague, Czech Republic. Peter has over 20 years experience in the insurance business. Before joining Aon, Peter was the owner of two brokerage firms in the Netherlands. Peter’s experience is based on direct responsibility and creating tailored solutions for incoming and outgoing clients in different industries. In his career, Peter has been AGCN Director responsible for international AGCN teams in different countries. Peter’s model for building sales driven and profitable organizations follows the motto: “We do what we say and we say what we do”. Over the last few years, Peter has been the European AGCN training Pillar leader and was in charge of the GASSP and negotiation training seminars. The CEE region consists of 14 countries in Central and Eastern Europe.

Africa), Regional Director - Africa Annelie has 23 years experience in servicing major corporate and global portfolios in the underwriting, claims management and account executive roles with various broking companies. In her current role as Executive Head of Corporate, Annelie’s team incorporates various JSE listed, Corporate and multi-national accounts. Annelie has a working and technical knowledge of many classes of insurance and is a core member of certain Global Practice Groups who serve particular industry segments. Annelie works closely with the various broking centers in London and various African countries on complex placements including reinsurance, captive and cash flow arrangements. She has handled large multinational accounts both outward globally from South Africa as well as inward into Africa. Annelie’s client experience covers many industries such as construction, transportation, chemical, retail and mining throughout Africa and globally.

(Italian based in Italy), Regional Director – Europe and Middle East Michele has over 25 years of experience in the broking industry, joining Aon in 1996 as Deputy Manager of the Rome Branch Office. Michele was formerly dedicated to national Strategic Account Management, (SAM) accounts in Italy, as well as having responsibility for the AGCN since 2007. Michele was appointed Deputy General Manager of Aon Italy as a result of the remarkable results obtained in the organization of the Teams in bringing solutions to our European clients. Michele heads up the 14 Specialty Teams present in the Italian organization with a headcount in excess of 200 across the country and coordinates opportunities with all the similar structures present in the Aon World. Michele is also a board member of Aon Risk Management & Consulting and brings a depth of risk management knowledge with the ability to recognize and meet client expectations through the delivery of alternative risk transfer solutions and captive programs.

Bruce has had leadership roles within AGCN that include the Western region of the U.S., Co-COO as part of the global Steering Committee and as Director of Europe during his deployment to London. His client experience covers a wide variety of industries, such as high technology, mining, transportation, chemical and retail industries, with a specialty in consulting for financial institutions’ infrastructure projects throughout the world. Bruce has also been an integral part of many of our largest and most successful business ventures, supporting and partnering with colleagues all over the world on these opportunities.
