Allah Jackson
A Bachelor of Science student in his final year at St. John’s University in New York, Allah

is majoring in risk management and insurance. Before enrolling at St. John’s, Allah earned his Associate in Science degree in business administration at LaGuardia Community College in Long Island, New York. 

Allah’s interest in insurance came about through a summer internship with a commercial insurance brokerage, E.G. Bowman Co., Inc., located on New York’s Wall Street.  Mentored by one of the company’s Vice Presidents, Allah succeeded in taking up a permanent position with the firm, while continuing to pursue his insurance and risk management studies. Prior to this, Allah’s diverse work experience included real estate, retail management and forklift driving.

Marco Perci
Marco is currently studying for his Bachelor of Science degree in risk management and insurance at St. John's University in New York. Due to graduate next year, he is looking to take up his first work experience position in the insurance industry on his return from London in July. To date, Marco has had a variety of retail and catering work experiences, most recently with Banana Republic, and has also helped to manage a family business in New York, operating a fleet of ice cream trucks.

Originally headed for a career in accounting, Marco explored the insurance field and discovered risk management held more interest for him through its combination of financial and communication skills, and market-driven, forward-looking focus.
