John joined Aon Hewitt's DC team in 2006, having spent more than 20 years advising public and private sector employers and trustees on issues relating to DC pensions and employee benefits.As part of the DC team leadership, John is working with Aon Hewitt’s clients on a range of issues relating to DC pension and benefit management in both occupational and contract-based structures. He has extensive experience in the design, governance, investment strategy, member engagement and ongoing management issues relating to DC schemes.
He also has experience of project-managing change in the total reward arena, is a regular speaker at conferences and contributor of articles and comments to the pensions press. John is an Associate of both the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Personal Finance Society.

Geraldine is a client director within Aon Hewitt’s pension administration business. As well as providing strategic direction to her own portfolio of large third party administration clients, Geraldine also provides support on broader client initiatives such as the analysis, client impact and implementation of legislative and market changes.
Geraldine has wide experience of all aspects of administration from both an in-house and third party perspective, and has extensive technical knowledge and practical experience covering benefits delivery, governance and management. Geraldine is an FPMI as well as being a member of the PMI Council and a TPAS adviser.

Lorna leads the UK Client Management Team for Aon Hewitt’s flex administration business, working with client’s to manage the strategic delivery of all Aon Hewitt's services, driving continual innovation and ensuring client satisfaction.
As well as managing her own portfolio of large flex administration clients, Lorna also leads the Aon Hewitt Client Forum, generating client feedback on future flex strategy, technology and services. During her seven years at Aon Hewitt, Lorna has always focused on managing client relationships, and has worked with a number of clients, both UK and global, to launch and manage flexible benefits programmes.
