Insurance Act | Aon Risk Solutions

Addressing customer needs

The Insurance Act is designed to change the law to better reflect modern business relationships and to rebalance rights and remedies when things go wrong.

Additionally, the Act creates new duties including a duty to make a fair presentation of risk. The new duty is more explicit than the current law, about what an insured needs to disclose and how.

Please contact Aon if you require information regarding the Insurance Act or download our information sheet.
