Aon's Real Estate Practice Group includes six dedicated claims professionals under the leadership of Dylan Allen, Real Estate Claims Director. The team prides itself on having a deep knowledge of the real estate sector and takes time to understand every client's business, delivering a structured claims solution in support of clients' objectives.
They will keep you informed, provide sound technical advice and ensure that clients are supported at every step of the process, from arranging a loss adjuster site visit to leading a major loss.
Working in partnership with leading real estate insurers and loss adjusters, the team ensures that the claims process is efficient and responsive and that clients are at the centre of everything they do. They are flexible in their approach and will always look for opportunities to deliver improvements to the claims process.
The team understands the importance of collecting claims data in an accurate and consistent format and has a wealth of experience in delivering meaningful analytics that can inform targeted risk improvements and enhanced claims performance for clients.
