AonLine
AonLine is a network of electronic services designed for asset managers, managing agents, risk managers, financial executives and their Aon account teams. You will have instant access to your own proprietary data, risk intelligence, Aon data, reports and tools, and value-added premium services configured to meet your needs. Compass
A premium calculation, allocation and certification tool available free of charge to clients and has been developed to help you:
- calculate the premiums for all types of insurance across large property portfolios – simplifying administration and saving time
- allocate premiums to the constituent units of the properties by a variety of available criteria and units of measure - accurate and speedy premium allocations
- identify for the landlord the income source for each individual premium, ie whether it is directly recoverable as rent, recovered via service charge, not recoverable or associated with a void unit – enhancing cash flow positions
- provide the landlord with all the documentation necessary to discharge his duty under a standard UK lease covenant to provide his tenants with a document to show how the premium is calculated with a synopsis of the cover applying at their unit – proactively managing landlord obligations
Clara
A lease auditing system available to Aon clients at a pre-agreed cost. Clara can be useful to both landlords and tenants in consolidating a single database of all of the insurance responsibilities. Situations where this tool can be invaluable include:
- funders requiring their borrowers to purchase insurance to a certain level to protect the asset securitised in the loan
- landlords requiring their tenants to insure the premises they occupy - or certain parts or risks pertaining to it
