Aon Trio initially began life as a suite of property, casualty and motor policy wordings available to clients in the mid-corporate segment. Using our expertise and understanding of our mid-corporate client needs, the Trio approach has subsequently evolved to become a full client proposition delivering a strong combination of premium, cover and service for our clients.
As one of the largest insurance and risk management brokers in the world we wanted to use our leverage and expertise to develop distinctive solutions for our clients.
Many Aon clients already benefit from the Aon Trio panel arrangement. Trio is a fundamental part of our broking strategy and the way we do business. Aon’s exclusive Trio mid-market insurance product is specially designed for UK domiciled organisations and is adaptable to individual insurer appetite as it provides the flexibility for insurers to add their own USPs for clients. Trio Mid-Market has created a useful platform for its selected panel of underwriters to determine the best price and programme structure for our clients.
Trio has been a success since its launch over 5 years ago. In 2011 Trio was officially recognised through industry awards for new market innovation. Since then Trio has evolved further (see below: Trio Risk Management) to meet Aon client needs.
