Culture is of course 'the way things are done around here'. The impact of cultural alignment on employee engagement is compelling. Organisations with high culture alignment have nearly four times the number of highly engaged employees than those organisations where there is a gap between desired or espoused culture and reality.

We help our clients investigate how to close the culture alignment gap.

Our diagnostic approach can help you establish which culture traits are most critical for your business highlight the gaps which need to be addressed. Results of the assessment are presented to leaders and through a series of workshops and interventions, help identify what changes need to be made in terms of leadership behaviours, organisational structure and governance, policies & processes and people programs. This assessment of 'current' state can be run as a separate diagnostic or included within an employee engagement survey.
