Rugby Australia

Aon is the official Risk Partner to Rugby Australia and official Australian Women's Sevens Team Partner.

As the official risk partner, we support Rugby Australia in achieving its strategic objective of delivering excellence in the way the game is run by intiating conversations on management and mitigation of risk throughout rugby, from elite athletes through to club and school programs, and leading to greater participation and opportunity.

We are a proud supporter of the Australian Women's Sevens team, the national Aon University Sevens women's series, and the Women's Sevens National Youth Championship, helping enhance opportunities for young female players from grassroots right through to the elite level.

Australian Women's Sevens

Our role as the Official Australian Women's Sevens Team partner allows us to express our support for driving diverse and inclusive cultures, with a focus on the development of women in leadership. The launch of the Aon University Sevens series also means we can create pathway opportunities for women in sport from the grassroots level through to the elite.

Aon University Sevens (Aon Uni7s)

The Aon University Sevens women’s series was specifically created to provide greater opportunities for Australian girls and young women to play rugby. We are proud to support a competition that establishes a clear pathway for young Australian female talent to compete on a national stage, and the opportunity to earn a professional contract in the Australian Women’s Sevens team; fostering the next generation of rugby talent and embracing the possibility of realising their Olympic dream.
