George joined Aon in June 2014 and currently serves as Executive Vice President and Client Origination Leader of Aon’s Captive & Insurance Management in Bermuda. He has more than 28 years of re/insurance experience in the Bermuda, North America and London markets providing solutions to complex multinational companies. George is responsible for the procurement, execution and management of startup/commercial re/insurance entities, Insurance-Linked Securities, captives (including Latin America) across all industry sectors. He is proactively engaged in product development and a member of the Aon Bermuda innovation team.
Prior to his current role, George was a Senior Executive with Integro Insurance Brokers and Marsh & McLennan where he served on the executive leadership team and led the Management Risk / Financial and Professional Practice in Bermuda. George began his re/insurance career in 1988 with Johnson & Higgins as a Broker and relocated to Johnson & Higgins in Boston, Massachusetts. He is a graduate of Acadia University in Canada with a concentration in Economics/Commerce.
