After obtaining a high school degree in Marketing and a university degree in Economics, Lambert started his career in Reinsurance in 1982. In 1994, he was co-founder of Aon’s management operation in Luxembourg. Lambert has built up a broad knowledge of classical and alternative risk financing techniques and solutions and has an outstanding knowledge of the European insurance and reinsurance markets. Lambert speaks French, English, German and Dutch.
