What you can expect

Our Internship and University Placements will expose you to all aspects of our business through on-the-job learning opportunities and participation on business critical projects. Your learning and development will be fast-paced and hands-on. Lunch and Learn knowledge-share sessions, networking events, and a high level of far-reaching interaction across our broader teams means that students benefit from the many development opportunities available to them during their placement with us.

During your placement, you will be contributing to our business, taking on real responsibilities and having to manage your work effectively. You will be assigned a mentor to help guide you through your placement and answer any questions you have about your work and our business.

Technical training and business skills will be a core part of your programme, ensuring you leave us with a better understanding of the professional world and how best to make your way in it.

Although an Internship or University Placement does not guarantee a place on our Graduate Programmes, a significant proportion of our candidates have gone on to successfully embark on a career with us and our formal Internship Programmes are viewed as a high-potential pipeline for our Graduate Programmes. As a participant you will be considered for a place on our Graduate or future Internship Programmes based on your performance and achievements during your time with us.
