Aon’s Centres of Innovation and Analytics (ACIA) in Dublin and Singapore are the cornerstone of Aon’s annual $350M global investment in analytics. As the owner of Aon’s Global Risk Insights Platform (GRIP®), one of the world’s largest repositories of risk and insurance placement information, the Dublin Centre analyses Aon’s global premium flow to identify innovative new products and provide actionable, fact-based market insights. We transform data received directly from our brokers and other sources into actionable analytics.

We invite you to join our 12-week paid Internship experience where you’ll be given real responsibility from day one, working alongside Aon colleagues on client projects to gain an insight into our business, an understanding of our culture and the career paths available to you.

Depending on the area you join, you will use your numeracy, analytical abilities and strong communication skills to help clients address key questions that affect the running and growth of their businesses. Our Summer Internship is a great opportunity to kick start your career in a high-impact and highly productive environment.

Our current Intern roles include Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Content Editor, Finance Analyst and Marketing Assistant.

Learning & Development

The Internship experience will expose you to all aspects of our business through on-the-job learning opportunities and participation in Agile Scrum-based projects. Your learning and development will be fast-paced and hands-on.

Requirements

To apply for the ACIA Summer Internship, you will be on track to achieve (or have achieved) at least a 2:1 degree within a technical, data analytics or business-related discipline. You will also need the ability to combine numeracy and analytical capabilities with client service skills as well as the confidence to question.
