Sharan Srikanth is the Managing Director, Hong Kong & Banking Leader, Asia Pacific in Aon Human Capital Solutions.
Based in Hong Kong, Sharan assists organizations with managing their human capital challenges. He has partnered with global and international organizations, including the global banks, commodity and private equity firms and other diversified industries in the areas of compensation structuring, pay range design, variable pay plan design, short term & long-term incentive design, job evaluation, total rewards & benefits design and compensation strategy.
Sharan also leads our Banking business across the Asia Pacifc region, managing key global accounts and client relationships across the Bulge and European clients including some of large international banks across the region.
He has over 15 years of experience, with 11+ years of consulting experience working in Aon and McLagan.
Prior to his current stint at McLagan, Sharan has spent 2 years at J.P. Morgan, leading compensation for their Corporate & Investment Bank in India; and 2 years with Citigroup as an M&A Analyst in their Investment Bank.
Sharan holds a degree in Business Management and an MBA in Finance.
