Florida Homeowners Rate Activity Report - November 2021 Update

This report reviews public filings through November 2021. The 15-month premium weighted average indicated, requested, and approved changes for the cohort are 12.9, 7.4 and 7.2 percent, respectively. August’s 15-month premium weighted average indicated, requested and approved changes for the cohort 13.5, 7.6 and 7.7 percent, respectively. Between September and November 2021, the cohort submitted 17 new filings and the FLOIR approved 7 filings the cohort submitted prior to August 2021.
