Release Date: September 2022 On September 15, 2022, the Professional Services Practice at Aon joined forces with Krill Strategies to host the Work/Life Benefits and Wellbeing at U.S. Law Firms webinar.
The webinar opened with a discussion of time away and family building benefits at law firms, as well as wellbeing initiatives and plans for the future of work, featuring Aon professionals Mark Scarafone, Peggy Sheedy, and Jake Delman. This discussion was informed by data from the 2022 U.S. Law Firm Work/Life Benefit Survey conducted and released earlier this year.
This was followed by a presentation from Patrick Krill highlighting the findings of his most-recent research on mental health and wellbeing among attorneys.
