LONDON (16 April 2018) - Aon Employee Benefits, the UK health and benefits business of Aon plc (NYSE:AON), has hired two senior consultants to give organisations further help with optimising their benefits strategies.
Richard Morgan joins Aon as a principal with 30 years experience in employee benefits, most recently as Head of Vebnet (part of Standard Life Group) where he worked across a broad range of sectors. As a key strategic consultant at Aon, he will help organisations devise the right benefit strategy including measuring return on investment and balancing that with data insights, evolving ideas, assessing feasibility and auditing strategies.
Nick Boyton joins Aon as a senior consultant, risk and healthcare, helping employers to implement healthier workforce strategies. His experience includes complex auditing, strategy and advisory processes. Nick worked for Broadstone Corporate Benefits, Jardine Lloyd Thompson and Unum.
