Aon Employee Benefits boosts its DC team with two new appointments


LONDON, (2 September) 2015 – Aon Employee Benefits, the UK health and benefits business of Aon plc (NYSE:AON), has announced two new appointments to its Defined Contribution (DC) team.

James Monk joins Aon as a senior DC investment consultant. He was previously at P-Solve Investments where he gained extensive experience across all areas of DC schemes, including regulation, governance, manager research and investment strategy. He also worked on the structure of new investment products designed for life insurance pension platforms. Prior to P-Solve, James was a pricing analyst at Saga, having graduated in Financial Mathematics from the University of Southampton.

Gisele de Werra joins Aon’s DC team as an investment consultant. Gisele was previously a broker in the European Government Bond team at BGC Partners. Before that, she was a trading analyst for Royal Dutch Shell, having gained a BSc in Economics from University College London.
