Deploying and managing talent overseas has never been so dynamic or frequent but at the same time complex.

Assignments are changing, with a combination of short, long term and permanent assignments available all with different implications for employees and employers alike.

Aon is pleased to be hosting a breakfast seminar focused on the talent risks associated with managing a globally mobile workforce.

During the event we will present key insights from Aon’s 2019 Global Mobility Study, discuss the common challenges faced by multinationals and share advice on how to mitigate these talent risks.

The event will be led by a panel of Aon experts across the Global Mobility spectrum. An expert from International SOS will also be part of the panel and will give their unique experience in this field. There will of course be plenty of time for networking with peers and sharing of issues and opportunities.
