The Challenge of an Ageing Population

Aon will host a roundtable discussion on Tuesday 26 February on the challenge that an ageing population poses within the context of an evolving global environment. This will include a fine dining experience.

Changing working practices and career paths, as well as greater mobility and agility amongst employees, are part of this challenge. An older workforce with associated developing needs in terms of Corporate and Personal insurance and risk management requires a dedicated strategic approach.

Aon are looking to gain a greater understanding of how we may better support businesses in meeting this challenge, and to consider any need to adapt / evolve our risk and insurance proposition in the short, medium and long term. We are therefore seeking the views and insights of a number of Risk and HR Directors with the intention that this roundtable will be a mutually beneficial opportunity for discussion on an important issue.
