At Aon, we believe businesses succeed when the communities they serve and the people they employ flourish. Our purpose is to shape decisions for the better — to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.
Whether you're interested in a graduate programme, internship, industrial placement or apprenticeship, Aon has the right early careers programme for you.
Our graduate development programme, Launch, is designed to develop high performers who will grow and potentially lead our business in the future. We'll provide you with the technical expertise, business knowledge, professional skills and opportunities you need to make the most of your talent and develop your career.
How It Works
Explore multiple graduate career streams to find the right one for you. Once
you've made your choice, learn the details about the application process
and entry requirements.
Who Should Apply
You should have (or be on track to achieve) a 2:1 degree. Some of our
graduate streams have other specific requirements. You can find out more by
reviewing the information for each stream.
Our award-winning summer internship and industrial placement programmes offer opportunities across a range of solution lines. You'll gain insight into our culture and industry, and experience the opportunity to help us forge legacies with worthy causes through our social impact programme.
How It Works
Our award-winning paid summer internships last for nine weeks. Like our
graduate programme, internships are designed around different career
streams. This programme is ideal for students who are in their penultimate
year of university, but we also welcome first-year applicants.
Our one-year, paid industrial placement programmes help you gain industry experience, build your network and prepare you for the world of work.
Who Should Apply
You should be on track to achieve a 2:1 degree in any subject.
How To Apply
Please see the individual undergraduate stream pages for details about

This programme combines education and paid work to help you develop skills that will serve you throughout your career.
How It Works
As an Aon apprentice, you'll be a permanent employee, making an impact
from day one. You'll earn a starting salary that grows with your
experience. We'll support your professional studies and personal
development, too.
We see apprentices as the future of Aon. That’s why we prepare you for success with a fully integrated training programme that's often demanding, but always rewarding.
Who Should Apply
If you are in finishing school or college and would like to learn while you
earn, an apprenticeship could be the perfect option. Each of our
apprenticeship streams has slightly different entry requirements. Take a
look at the opportunities to learn more.
How To Apply
Please see the individual stream pages for details about available positions
