Launch is a supplemental 10 month development program for our full-time Campus hires. The Launch Program offers participants the opportunity to tackle real business challenges in a collaborative environment under the mentorship of senior leaders. The Launch training curriculum prepares participants for success as they explore growth opportunities throughout the organization. Candidates apply directly to roles they are interested in and are automatically enrolled in the Launch program.

Aon’s apprenticeship lets you enjoy the best of both worlds: the opportunity to develop vital skills and earn a competitive salary in the workplace while learning in the classroom. This is the ideal opportunity for candidates looking for their first role in a corporate setting. At the end of the two-year apprenticeship program, you will receive your Associate’s Degree from one of our partner institutions as well as a path to career advancement at Aon. To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and have not yet earned an undergraduate degree in business. As part of the Apprenticeship application process, candidates must also apply to a partner community college and be deemed college-ready.

We are seeking Undergraduate rising seniors, with an expected graduation of date of December of OR Spring of the following calendar year. We focus on students that are highly successful, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrated leadership skills and community involvement.

For full-time positions and actuarial internships, recruiting begins in the Fall. For all other internships, recruiting begins in January and February.

The internship program lasts 10 weeks during the summer.

Aon's Campus Team visits a number of universities each year in both the Fall and the Spring semesters. Check with your campus career center to see if we will be attending any events at your school!

The Summer Internship Program runs during the Summer only, we do not offer off-cycle formal intern opportunities.

The first step is to submit your resume to the appropriate position(s) via aoncampus.com. Our Campus Recruiting team will then review your resume and application, reaching out if you meet the basic qualifications to discuss your application further.

Upon review, if the Campus Team feels that your interests are closely aligned with the position and your qualifications are a match, you will be selected to move on to the next step in the process. Typically, this involves a first round on-demand video interview.

Unfortunately our Summer Internship Program is for students that are currently enrolled in this academic school year.

Yes! Feel free to apply to any positions that are of interest and that you feel you qualify. While you can apply and be considered for multiple positions, when proceeding to final round interviews, you may only interview for one Aon position at a time.

Internships begin in early June, lasting 10 weeks. Launch positions typically begin late June or mid-July.

Both our Launch program and Summer Internship Program are geared towards undergraduate students. Feel free to apply to experience hire roles listed on jobs.aon.com

Our interviews are typically held in a two-part process. Your initial interview will likely take place on campus at your university's career center, by phone interview or using our digital interview technology Montage. We will use this time to learn more about you and your background to see if Aon is right for you. After your initial interview, you will be invited to a final round interview at one of our Aon locations. Here, you will have the opportunity to meet with various Aon colleagues and learn more about what a career at Aon would look like.
