From Campus to Colleague

Every year, we welcome a class of talented recent college graduates to Launch, our global early careers program. Designed to mentor and develop tomorrow's leaders, Launch helps new colleagues begin their careers in full-time postions across Aon.

Discover Launch

The main objectives of Launch are to help you:

Gain knowledge about Aon through meaningful work experience
Enhance your skills through learning sessions and on-the-job experience
Build relationships with peers and experienced colleagues

The 10-month Launch program starts in late summer with a three-day kickoff orientation.

Make an Immediate Impact

Starting on your first day, you will collaborate with experienced colleagues who have knowledge and skills to share. Under the mentorship of senior leaders, you'll deliver high-impact work that helps solve global business challenges.

Build a Global Network

The Launch training curriculum will prepare you for success as you explore growth opportunities and build relationships with colleagues throughout the organization.

Qualifications

When considering applicants, we look for:

Rising seniors nearing completion of their degree
Transferrable skills or experience; consulting or insurance experience is not required
Strong business acumen
Involvement in extracurricular activities
A minimum overall grade point average of 3.0 (strongly preferred)
