Launch: Aon's Early Career Program
Every year, Aon welcomes a class of talented college recruits to Launch, Aon's U.S. Early Career Program established to coach and develop future business leaders. Our campus hires "launch" their Aon careers in various full-time positions across the company.
The supplemental 10 month development program starts in late summer with a three day kick-off orientation at our North America headquarters in Chicago. Through their work assignments, Launch participants are positioned to tackle real business challenges in a collaborative environment under the mentorship of senior leaders. The Launch training curriculum prepares participants for success as they explore growth opportunities throughout the organization.

Account Specialist / Associate BrokerNationwide Availability
The Account Specialist and Associate Broker work together to serve clients. Both roles are assigned to specific clients and participate on account teams; the Account Specialist primarily works on daily client management and coordinates internal processes between Aon’s service center, the brokerage team and account management team. In contrast, Associate Brokers primarily interact with insurance carriers and their intermediaries, the negotiate and place insurance policies on behalf of our clients.
Actuarial AnalystNationwide Availability
Actuaries at Aon work with large, mid-sized and small clients on a variety of projects related to effectively managing Risk, Retirement Health and Reinsurance solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, depending on your track, as we hire actuaries to work within all four of these core capabilities.

Cyber AssociateNationwide Availability
The Cyber Associate Program is a 9-month rotational program, beginning in August 2021, where you will be immersed in our proactive and reactive services. You can expect to learn skills in the key areas of information security: digital forensics; penetration testing; and trade secret protection; incident response; and security advisory.
Health and Benefits SpecialistNationwide Availability
Aon Health and Benefits actuaries and consultants work directly with our clients to develop short and longer-term health and welfare benefit strategies. This process involves strategic assessments of the health care market and key trends and the identification of new and innovative solutions to employer. The technical and analytical skills health & benefits consultants bring to this process are critical to our health & benefits consulting.
