Aon Summer Internship Program

Aon's Summer Internship Program provides a unique opportunity for rising college seniors to learn, contribute, and gain real world work experience in a collaborative environment.

Our interns learn about Aon's businesses and culture while developing practical skills necessary for future professional success. The 10-week Aon Summer Internship Program equips students with an understanding of working in an environment dedicated to exceeding client expectations and delivering products and services distinct to unique client needs.

What are we looking for?

  • Undergraduate rising seniors, with an expected graduation of date of December or Spring of the following calendar year
  • Highly successful students with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, community involvement and extracurricular activities

Education and Networking

  • Participate in orientation and facilitated sessions, and gain exposure to business leaders through roundtable sessions
  • Network with managers, team members and peers (e.g. social hour, team lunches)
  • Participate in Empower Results day, a global service day where colleagues around the world engage with local charitable organizations

Risk Intern

Nationwide Availability

You will be in a support role assisting analytics team members and brokers with risk assessment and risk management consulting for Aon clients. You will be assigned to specific clients and participate on account teams. Your work may be focused on daily client management and coordination of internal processes or interaction with insurance carriers and their intermediaries on behalf of our clients.

Actuarial Intern

Actuaries at Aon work with large, mid-sized and small clients on a variety of projects related to effectively managing Risk, Retirement Health and Reinsurance solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, depending on your track, as we hire actuaries to work within all four of these core capabilities.

Cyber Summer Associate

Aon’s Cyber Solutions Cyber Summer Associate Program is a ten-week opportunity in one area of our proactive and reactive businesses. You will be working on client and research projects and learning key skills in information and physical security: digital forensics; penetration testing; incident response (i.e. reactively working with an organization in response to a cyber-attack); and advisory (i.e. proactively identifying vulnerabilities and defending an organization from adversaries).

Finance Leadership Program Intern

The FLP Intern will focus within the areas of Finance and Accounting and have the opportunity to provide assistance specifically to one of the following departments: Treasury, Corporate Development (M&A), Controllership, Internal Audit, or Financial Planning and Analysis.

Forensic Accounting Intern

As an intern within Aon’s Cyber Solutions group, you will assist the Forensic Accounting team on a variety of projects and engagements, including fraud and financial investigations, anti-money laundering assessments, and data analytic projects. There will also be opportunities to suggest and pursue firm-enhancing projects that draw upon your skill set and academic interests.
