Aon Hewitt's webinar on the recent amendments to Provident Fund, Employees' Pension Scheme and Employees' Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme.

The programs under the Provident Fund Act has an enrolment of around 80 million workforce in the country. Amendments have recently been introduced with effect from 1st September 2014 in all the three programs - the Employees' Provident Fund Scheme-1952, the Employees' Pension Scheme-1995 and the Employees' Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme-1976. Rationale for the amendment is to widen scope of enrolment of employees in the private sector.
